Good family Hotel
Good Clean Room..easy to find. Small but nice pool for kids and good selection at breakfast next morning.Would definantly stay here again!

Clean affordable family hotel
This hotel is not elegant and the room was small for a suite but it was clean, the service was excellent and staff friendly. The elevator we found to be awfully slow and the hot tub jets didn't all work but overall our stay was pleasant.

We thought it was in a good location to many of the things we wanted to see in the area. We liked the beds and breakfast. It was the best sleep during our trip.

The location was great, it allowed the kids to travel to the mall. The hotel staff was great, they helped make our stay fantastic.

Our little Easter weekend getaway!
We had a great time at the hotel. A couple of things though, the front entrance to the Fairfeild is a little confusing as there is no sign saying front entrance, or Fairfield. So, most people, Im sure, pull up to the Marriot Courtyard, and are told then, where to go. But, when I walked in I was greated by a really friendly staff who took great care of us. We had to ask for a late check in, which was no problem for them. I do have to add, that the wife and I got the King bed. The 2 boys, 6 & 13 got the sofa pullout. When we went to turn the mattress on the sofasleeper over on its other side, my wife quickly said, no way...I don't know what she saw, but it must not have been good. Also, as you probably know, sofa sleepers arent the most comfortable sleeping environment anyway, but this mattress must have been pretty bad...the kids have never, ever complained, before this trip, about their sleeping arrangements, and you can bet we've challenged them over the years. Further, I don't think there was an ice maker on our floor. It was on the third floor and we were on the fifth...so, that was a pain, for my son, at least. My kids loved the indoor swimming pool, they had a total blast there. Other than those things I mentioned, I would recommend this hotel as far as cost, location and staff to my friends. We'll go back, despite the slight inconveniences, because those did not outweigh, for us, the benefits the Fairfeild offered.

Right next to the North Star Mall. That was what we had come to San Antonio for, since we haven't shopped there since moving to Laredo, Texas. We had a blast as we knew we would.
