The price was good and the staff was helpful. Roomsare due for a refurbishment, but all that was needed was available.

When we checked it at 4 the room wasn't ready and we were on our way to a wedding. We had to wait 30 minutes for the room to get ready. Then, we get to the room and it stinks. We requested a nonsmoking queen room. We got a smoking room with two double beds. The smoke smell was so bad I almost vomited. In the morning, I went to take a shower and there was no shampoo. We went down to the office and they had run out of shampoo. You are a hotel how are yall out of it, go get some new stuff. It was miserable and the lady behind the desk wasn't friendly.

The room, overall location and the personnel were good and rather pleasant. The room was clean and comfy. It's difficult to work and prepare your paperwork as the table and chairs are rather uncomfortable. It's better to work on the bed if you don't mind sleeping on your laptop. Besides that, this place is where you would like to stay for the price.

We have stayed in similar "suites" facilities and normally they are very acceptable, comfortable and safe. This one was different. The room was advertised as "non smoking" & had sign on door, but in fact was a smoking room and the odor was horrible. The safety lock on the door was broken and un-operable. The refrigerator had water dripping down from the freezer section and got everything wet. The tub surface was damaged over 25% of the area and the repairs made it look very un-sanitary. We had reservations for Fri. & Sat.night and Saturday afternoon the hot water supply went out and we had no hot water for the rest of our stay. Management was aware of the hot water problem but aparantly it was not a priority item for them.There was no TV channel information & we could not tell what channel was what or what was coming on.

Our hotel experience was not good I made reservations for a non-smoking room before I arrived it was not available when I got there. The room smelled of smoke the bathroom and carpet both were dirty and nasty. The hotel would be more suitable for trucks drivers or constuction workers not for families. DON'T DO IT!!!

We were locked out of our room on the second night. It was 1:00am and cold outside. The front office was locked! the clerk did not return till 45min. later and was rude! He told us not to knock so hard on the front door! It took him another 30min to get us a new room key. When I asked to speak to his manager he said he was on vacation and there was nobdy to speak with till he returned 1 week later. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life with a hotel. I will never return and recomend that you pass on this poorly managed hotel.

bathroom cause have be cleaner, internet was not free, and no pool

This hotel was perfect for my needs, in that it was not too far away from San Antonio's Downtown district. I did enjoy a rather relaxing stay, but would recommend that the hotel do a tad bit of up keeping, as I did find holes in the blankets, some of the shower tiles were a bit grimy, and the light in my bathroom did not work. As long as these issues are addressed, one's stay here is more than comfortable. It might be important, though, to note that breakfast is not served, but the rooms do have a microwave, refrigerator, range, toaster, and one pot and pan, as well as a separate sink, so one can make use of those to cook one's food. Also, housecleaning does not occur on a daily, but weekly basis, as long as the occupant stays fore more than 7 days, and should one want housekeeping to come, it will cost a small fee ($12, I believe). But, as for my stay, I throughly enjoyed my visit, and would recommend this location to anyone else traveling to San Antonio.

Just slept there. Didn't really investigate the amenities. There was no blow dryer in bathroom. The rooms were clean and acceptable.
