Location OK, Getting out difficult
Getting out is a chore due to a crazy intersection. Front staff was OK at best.

Nice for the Price would recommend
The hotel was very nice. Clean sheets and clean room. The only weird thing was that there was no bathtub and the water came out of shower curtain. Other than that the remote didnt work but we got one that worked right away. I was surprised to get breakfast and internet service for the price of the hotel. Staff was super friendly and overall it was a very nice stay. If you are looking for something cheap but not loose the quality this is the place. We got a nonsmoking room that smelled like non smoking. Strongly recommend

Need some improvements
The hotel is nice and quite, clean but you can do it more cleaner. Offer good breakfast. The only thing about complain is the restroom need to be more neat and clean.

Pleasant Weekend Stay
We went to the Wax Museum, Believe it or Not, Sea World, River Walk and Mall. There was something missing that would have made our stay more enjoyable, would be supplying a shuttle to take you places and more selection for breakfast. This stay was not better than other hotels we have stayed at, but okay.

Unsafe and filthy
I had reserved two rooms and a friend had a third room. All three rooms were dirty and had hair on the towels and the bathroom floors. The sinks were filthy also. One room had NO faceplates covering the electrical outlets in the room. All of the rooms had dirty carpet and the carpet was falling apart.

Great Hotel Staff
The hotel was very nice, and the room was comfortable. The staff at the front desk was always helpful and knew the area very well. If I were to return to San Antnonio I would stay at the hotel again. The only issue I had was with housekeeping. I had to go to the front desk everyday to get washclothes, and I had to have my room key charged at the front desk. If you're going for BMT graduation at Lackland this hotel is about 10-15 minutes away from the base. It's also close to other attractions as well.

Great if you are visiting Lackland
This Days Inn was easy to get to the base and downtown. The rooms were clean and the frig and microwave was nice. The large TV was nice also. It was a great value for the money. There are only three things that make it a 7 out of a 10. The sheets did not fit, so in the middle of the night we were remaking the bed, some type of shade at the pool, and there breakfast needs some help.

Very Family friendly
