The closest hotel to the Alamo Dome in San Antonio, near Sunset Station
The Days Inn San Antonio Alamo/Riverwalk has many perks, the first of which is its location -- it is near many major attractions. *card keys did not work. had to be replaced. *"non-smoking" room clearly had been recently used by a smoker. *previous guest had set the alarm clock to go off at 1am. *ice machine dispensed only 2 ice cubes. *no elevator meant having to haul luggage, etc. up and down stairs.

RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!
The location was good but I would have preferred to pay more and stay at a better place. We requested an early check in, was told we could get,. arrived and the room was not ready.Came back at 2pm which was normal check in time and the room was stil not ready. Rooms were small, beds were uncomfortable. The workers were EXTREMELY rude adn not helpful with ANYTHING. would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!

At Least the Location was Good
Service was poor - we waited almost 2 hours from advertised check-in time to get room keys (room was not ready). Breakfast area was very small - 3 to 4 tables for all guests. Rooms were not cleaned until well into the afternoon. Had to talk to staff to get ice machine to work.

Cheap Location near Downtown
The only thing this hotel has going for it is location. The staff was not prepared for our arrival and we waited almost 2 hours to get into our room. The rooms were not made up until well into the afternoon, We stayed 2 nights of the three we had booked. If you want a cheap place to stay with out service, this is your hotel. Not for me!!!

Decent, great location
Affordable stay. Great location, was pretty turned off by the grime and mildew on the shower head. Nice size room for the price. Overall okay, as expected.

Cheap and Location
Cheap and location are the two reasons to stay at this hotel. You're walking distance from the San Antonio Convention Center, but not paying premium rates. It's loud, drafty, and my computer couldn't connect to their internet. (somehow my phone did...)
