Days Inn San Antonio Airport

ok for just one night. wouldn't stay longer than that.

Nice, clean and cheap. It is advertised as being close to the airport, and it is. The planes start taking off at 6:00, which isn't a problem if you have to get up and travel or work.

I think the owners are writing these reviews that are good. Place is a total dump, RUDE PEOPLE WORKING THERE, no access to anything, out in the middle of a bunch of major highways. NO check in before 4 period! Pool was full of mud, dirt, leaves and bugs as well as the hottub. No TP in bathroom in lobby or paper towels. Staff all were rude. Wouldn't refund money, don't pay ahead. Complained to Wyndym resorts and they won't refund money either. Manager wouldn't talk to website supervisor we booked travel through when they called several times and then after 30 days said it was too late to ask for refund. Go next door to the Marriott, beautiful and friendly people. This Days Inn needs a major lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE as well as stopping their false advertising they place on websites of how nice this place is. It is filthy, run down and old and in disrepair. They are also arrogant and think they can treat customers like they were better than them. Again, don't go there!

I just slept there until my flight the next day. It's a good place to stay pre-flight. It's very close the the airport with a complimentary shuttle, which was nice. The thing that struck me, though, was the desk lady was also the shuttle driver, and she put out a sign that said "Be back in 15". So the desk was unattended for a short period of time.

Average. Parking space cramped. Close to Jims rest which had a great American style breakfast. My room had frige and great A/C. Don't your dually.

I would never stay at this location again. It was dirty, our room was not cleaned and there were crickets in the room. The pool was dirty also. When I complained about the problem at first I got nowhere with the desk manager until I brought a dead cricket and placed it on the front desk. Only then did we get a clean room.

One of the 4 booked nights we requested an additional room and paid extra of coarse. When we asked if we could just change to that room (same quality & style) for the last night since it was on the 1st floor and easier for my mother in law to avoid the stairs we were told that they were not willing to accomodate the change

Quiet but the service was weak. I had to wake up the clerk on one occasion, they failed to give me my wake up call. Thank goodness for my cell phone alarm.

Location near the airport is very convenient. Rooms were small, bathroom even smaller, sink area even smaller. Rooms do NOT face the highway, so noise was not too bad. Free hot and cold breakfast was actually very little food, cold cereal and instant powered oatmeal with hot water, plain bagels and hot coffee. No milk, juice, or hot food. Would not recommend for a family.
