Days Inn San Antonio/ATT Center

I was disgusted by my room, the owner was willing to switch rooms but not offer a refund, switched rooms to find out there was a window shot out 2 nights before two rooms down...Owner gave me most of my refund, mine and my sons safety was worth losing the rest of my money. Stayed at a Best Western that was rated 2 stars, far better than this 2 star rated Days Inn. This hotel should have been rated NO STARS!!!

The room is located on Interstate 10 and you can hear every car, truck and motercycle that passes. The only way to block out the noise is to turn on the AC that smells like milk. The paint was peeling off of the walls and a designer update is needed as soon as possible!

The only thing that would have made it better was if they would of meet my needs with the room.. And would have given me thing things they said they were like fridge and microwave and I didn't get that.

We visited there for 2 nights during spring break. We decided to save $20 a night and stay at this Days Inn, rather than the one we normally stay at by my in-laws. This location was older, did not have fridge, like it stated. Beds were small & pillows were so worn out, it was liking laying without a pillow. The location was good, just few blocks from ATT center.

It was way better than I thought it would be. The reason being some of the reviews of past guest. The manager was very friendly and the location was not bad at all. Our room was very nice and they even changed our spread. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. Thanks Days Inn had a very good stay.

in my 30 years of travel, this was the biggest ripp off of all time! the place is run down, dirty, shabby and at the Orb** price of $80 a complete joke! Shame on you Orb**, I have lost some faith in your abilities. At $30 a night i could accept, but NOT $80. It was so bad vagrant workers were cooking there meals on a grill outside my door. I would have slept in a HASMAT suit if i had one. BAD NIGHT!

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. No complaints. I would stay here again.

The interior appearance of the room was lacking. There was carpet torn in the room. There were exposed cable wires coming out next to the entrance. There was no tissue or lotion in the room. The curtain blocking sunlight and outsiders from seeing into the room would not close all the way. There was a desk in the room without a desk chair. The coffee cups next to the bathroom sink had black moldy spots. There was no one at the front desk when I wanted to check out and I had to wait about 5 minutes before someone came out. Their complementary continental breakfast ends prior to check out, which makes no sense considering that many people wake up with just enough time to check out. Of the over a dozen hotels I've stayed in during my life this was truthfully the worst hotel experience I've ever recall having.

Wasnt what i expected pictures very decievin however was not 100%great but fine for a few days.

Enjoyed the stay at Days Inn. Stayed 4 nights went out and enjoyed the city. The downside was that my wife left her retainers in the hotel room. i called the next morning and informed the staff. They said they would call back later because maintenance arrives at 10. Well hours passed so my wife called and the manager said that i was told he'd call. I called again around 2p.m. Manager said maintenance still hadn't went by the room. Finally after no call my wife called at 730 pm and the manager told her that it was obvious they hadn't found the retainers or he would have called back. Well thank you for never calling back.....
