Days Inn N.W. Medical Center

I had a business appointment at a nearby office complex. [...] The hotel, itself, was very nice. My room was clean; the king-size bed was comfortable. The air conditioning, happily, worked great (San Antonio is hot and humid during the summer months). The staff was friendly, and my check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient.

Found wet spot in the bed and slept on top of bed spread. Found old wash cloth in shower, carpet looked dirty.

We needed a room near Sea World and downtown. We chose Days Inn because of the rate. It wasn't the cheapest so we thought we end up with decent accomodations. The air conditioner did not cool the room at all. We traveled with two 3-year olds who did not sleep well because it was so hot. We all sweat the entire night. They refused to switch our room due to the fact we booked through Orbitz.

No one was at the front office for check-in, had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive. No cleaning service for the first day,(bed wasn't made, trash not thrown, nor ash tray emptied, did bring new towels though) the second day they cleaned but did not bring towels. The front desk employee was rude and stayed on the phone instead of helping guests in the lobby. I was not happy and will never stay here again.

Room was not very clean, found dead roach next to bed, and dry pasta on the night stand. After that, didnt even wanna walk in there without shoes. Breakfast was not great...half hr before it was supposed to end, they were running out of milk, coffee, syrup, etc. Very noisy all night long. Super small pool. Ok location, right next to Walmart. Wouldnt recommend or go there again!

I rented this room for a weekend getaway. Some of the staff were not very helpful. The bathroom was not cleaned the second night i was there. Besides that it was good. If you just want a okay hotel to stay at, this would be good. Beds were comfortable to sleep in. Rooms are good size. Overall i would rent it again. Good for the price!

The hotel was OK. I think we were supposed to get a complimentary paper, but we didn't unless we were supposed to pick up a copy in the lobby. The hair dryer was dirty and had some dark hairs entangled in it. The microwave and fridge worked great. The complimentary breakfast looked like it had been picked through so we opted to go to I-hop. There was a waffle iron to make waffles in the shape of Texas--novel and cute. I-Hop was right next door and I was told that I could get a 10% discount for showing my room key. I forgot about the discount and the I-Hop staff didn't offer to remind me, either. We arrived too late to enjoy either of the two small pools, and left too early to enjoy the pool in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner performed its job well. The curtains interfered with the air conditioner blower, so we had to be creative and anchor the bottom of the curtains. The location was easy to find, though my car nav system didn't recognize the hotel's address. There was cable TV. I didn't get the chance to try the internet connection which was supposed to be complementary. Overall the hotel was exactly what I expected for the price.

Staff were friendly-breakfast wasn't great. Room was decent & very quiet. Right next to IHOP.

Hotel Lobby very nice, with great continental breakfast options for economic stay. Negatives: Unfortunately rooms didn't reflect Lobby as well. They were ok, just could of used some upgrades and cleanliness. I had to leave towels on bathroom floors because didn't want bare feet to touch. Positives: All ammenities needed, fridge, mirco, hair dryer, small coffee pot, TV, although it would of been nice to have option to pay for movie to watch on TV as well.

I went to the Riverwalk an went to my bestfriend graduation. I also went to the mall.
