The hotel was nice, the staff were helpful, and the overall hotel area was ok. the only downside to this stay was the beds. the beds were very uncomfortable, most hotels have nice soft beds, this hotel's beds were very stiff, and my fiance is pregnant so this did not help her get some R&R.

the good and bad
was a great stay we got there the bad thing was that we arrived at midnight and there was no parking at all my husband went in and asked for parking they said that we could park at the lubys parking lot which the lubys was out of business... thats the only problem we had while there when we finally found a parking space at the hotel we checked in i didnt know that we had got the exclusive level suite i really enjoyed that... exclusive level has an club lounge with a mini bar and had all kind of refreshments but its only open through the week and i didnt know that we had got the exclusive level suite i really enjoyed that... i look forward to staying there next year but longer stay and i got a good deal for 85 dollars a night

Blinded by the brand name
Was ok...
We wanted a quick getaway from Houston so we reserved a room at the Crowne Plaza San Antonio for the weekend. The air conditioner didn't, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the hotel was all but abandoned. The bartender didnt have the necessary ingredients to make a margarita... did I mention we were in San Antonio???... so he made it with lemon lime Gateraid! While waiting for my partner to meet me in the lobby I overheard the front guest clerks complaining about guests and calling them cheap[...].ugh. Super nice hotel that just needs some house cleaning in the staff department.

Crowne Plaza Review
It was a plus to have refrigertor and mircrowave. Shuttle service was great. Wholefoods and shopping area in shuttle distance from hotel. Our airconditioner broke but it was replaced within 20min. Nothing in walking distance. I will book again if in area.

the good and the bad
Good- location was good for airport but little far from downtown. Room comfort was good,the bedding, microwave and refrigerator etc. Bad-Room was packed with furniture,not for 4 people, whoever designed this room did not go a good job. Water was leaking from AC wetting the carpet.

Love the CP. I always know what to expec
I lived staying there as i know what to expect from them. The rooms are always clean and if you ever forget anything, they have it. The beds are so comfortable and cozy. The only thing we did not enjoy on our stay was the room service food. Very poor quality and portion amount or the price.
