San Antonio trip
The hotel was a 5 star stay. Except for the 'hot' breakfast, everything was perfect. Needed a microwave for 'hot' breakfast, also coffee wasn't hot. Was near car rental location, airport, highways. Room arrangement and space were excellent. Plenty of parking, airport shuttle. Homemade cookies in lobby were nice/tasty. Had good computers for guest use, didn't use pool area. Overall, an excellent stay.

Great staff
We were early and after driving all night needed a room. They worked hard to get us a room as soon as possible. The front waiting room of the hotel was comfortable and a wonderful place to wait for our room. The proximity to the airport was excellent, just around the corner.

The king studio suite was the perfect size for 2 adults and 1-2 small children.

great stay
The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Free parking and breakfast was nice. The staff were friendly. It wasn't too far from downtown. You could get to the river walk in a about ten minutes. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice for snacks. Overall I had an excellent stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect
Perfect, near everything. Glad to be there. The hotel its always clean, the rooms have big space and are confortable, the location are only a few miles.

A GRRRREAT value!!
Choose your superlative and it will only begin to describe the staff. From the first encounter at check-in, a request of housekeeping, special service at the hospitality bar and finally checkout - the staff was extremely professional and courteous beyond all expectations. This property is conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport, adjacent to the freeway, 15 minutes to downtown and surrounded by the entire gamut of dining choices. A wonderfully diverse shopping center, the Quarry Market, is a few minutes from the hotel and on the way to downtown San Antonio. The room was a mini suite - separate sleeping area, king bed, two flat screen TV's, couch, desk, internet connections, refrigerator, microwave, and a fully appointed bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, the hot breakfast was substantial, the internet in the library was free, the facility was quiet, parking was plentiful and security was never an issue.

"Jim's" located a short distance down Broadway Street is a full service casual dining facility with excellent food and friendly/professional serving staff. My observation was that the patrons were predominately regular, local customers.

Country Inn fantastic!
We were flying out of San Antonio Airport, so went early and spent the night and a day at Country Inn and Suites because they had a free shuttle to the airport and free parking. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Their exercise room was great and the shuttle would take you anywhere within five miles. A great mall was near and Papadaux restaurant was nearby. It's a great restaurant. Would go there again.
