Due to being a standby air traveller, I was unable to make an advance reservation, and was very disappointed that the online rate that I had researched the previous day had increased by $34/night by the time of our arrival. PRO: Good location for SeaWorld CON: Outdoor pool is not heated

Good Family Getaway!
It was peaceful, not crowded or loud. Close to where we needed to go and close to many restaurants but not so close that you had to hear everything going on. Had a great stay!

Candlewood
The Room was nice,however even though I paid extra for a smoking room was put into a non smoking room. The woman who checked me in was very rude about me arriving 20 min earlier than the check in time and told me to sit and wait. Only one resturant wiht in walking distance and was not open for breakfast.I will most likely chose a differnt hotel next time!

One Happy Traveler
WOW!!!
WOW!!!! I was a little sceptical about the type of hotel I was checking into, especially for the price, I thought I would recieve poor service and an awful room. To my surprise, it was quite the contrary! Excellent staff, BEAUTIFUL room, comfortable bedding and all the amenities of those higher cost hotels at half the price! WOW! I chose this location because of its proximity to Six Flags and Sea World (only 10 minutes away from both). I would DEFINATELY chose this hotel for all my San Antonio trips and would strongly recommend it for yours, as well.
