The hotel was very clean. The location was perfect where we wanted to be. The room always smelled great and the staff was very friendly. I will definately book here again. The only thing I would recommend them doing is getting another waffle maker because there was always a line to make one. Other than that my husband and I were very comfortable and pleased with this hotel.

A super place, nice people, very clean
The people were very nice and friendly. My phone didn't work after a power outage. Within 10 minutes of my call to the desk, it was working. The free breakfast was good as well. I was extremely pleased with my stay there.

New Best Western
It is 10 miles out of downtown but comute was very fast. Hotes is new, very clean and pleasant. Great value for the money. I would come back.

decent hotel for the money
>nice and clean for the price >not too far from downtown (about 10 minutes) >very nice staff >they also served breakfast (I didn't get to eat so I can't say what was served)

Short drive from hotel
There is a Walmart, which has inexpensive gas. It's off the first Interstate you get to while traveling on I-10W. I believe it's I410 to the left, (I believe it's south). Simply get on I-10 headed west and g exit to the left at the Intersate, it's either 35 or 410. Drive about a mile and you'll see several places to eat. There is a Walmart and other inexpensive resraunts, like Taco Cabana, Whataburger, and a fish place.

Amazing place for a family on a budget
This trip was amazing, it was our first trip as a family. I felt really glad we chose this hotel because it was very nice and in a good spot, and was also fairly cheap. Everyone was friendly and it was easy to get where we wanted. I would definately recommend this hotel to any family:D

The location was easy to find and get to.There was a lot of Highway noise even though we had asked for a room away from that.We were able to drown it out with the air conditioner. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The write up about hot breakfast I found a bit deceiving. I was not thrilled with it. The pastry was all prepackaged and tasted like chemical preservatives.The scrambled eggs were a bit watered down.Although the waffles were delicious.The bagels were as hard as hockey pucks!!The coffe wasn't that great and the day I decided to switch to tea found that the water was luke warm.Who wants to microwave a styrofoam cup and release all those toxins!! We used the hot tub once ,it was fine but they really should do something to spruce up the pool area.Concert walls and no greenery does not spell vacation.

check out the Riverwalk, San Antonio museum of art,McNay Museum was wonderful. We also enjoyed seeing the missions of San Antonio and the Alamo

Great Place!!!
The hotel was great! The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good. We had no problems with noise and absolutely loved the jacuzzi tub room. It was kinda far away from everything though because the hotel is going towards Houston. Even so, it only took fifteen to twenty minutes to get downtown. Definately recommended.
