BEST WESTERN PLUS Posada Ana Inn - Medical Center

This was an outstanding hotel. My best friend, my wife and me stayed two nights in the hotel and got two room for a decent price. There was a very nice lady that worked their both nights at the front desk. There was a problem with my previous reservations at another hotel a little closer the Six Flags, so I had no choice to find another hotel. Called up Best Western and the same lady that I am speaking of was the lady that had wonderful customer service and helped get us the room in the time off need. The hotel was very nice and was still good on the wallet. I would definitely stay here for anytime of the year.

Staff was very helpful in sugesting activities. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

A good balance between quality and price. The room was larger than most with more than enough room to set up a playpen for our toddler to sleep in, and I liked having a fridge and microwave in the room. Room was also very clean. Parking was limited, breakfast was very average, but staff was courteous and helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit San Antonio.

When I pulled up, I hoped that I was staying at the Drury Inn next door. The Best Western was not appealing inside or out.

I was surprised when I got to the hotel it was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice! It was small but very quite. The room was nice, and a nice size, so was the bathroom. No complaints there. The breakfast was great! nice choices biscuits and gravy, sausage, plus more. The biscuits and sausage surprised me how good they were not to mention the coffee!. We stayed one night and have nothing negative to say check in was 3pm and check out was at 12. A lot of the other hotels had check in at 4 and check out at 11. breakfast on sunday lasted til 10 which was nice because when I am on vacation i like to sleep in. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in a nice area close to the freeway, and not as expensive as other places.

The Best Western Posada Ann Hotel was the Best ever!!! I will be using it everytime I come to San Antonio. We were by every restaurant u could name, we were also by HEB and Walgreens.You couldnt ask for anything more then the stay at this wonderful Hotel. The staff was great very helpful when I needed directions to different places downtown. It was my first time driving my family to San Antonio on a family trip and everything worked out great for us we had a wonderful time in San Antonio and the Hotel was great! Thanks so much for this great experience with Best Western Posada Ana.

I had a great time. The staff is very curteous and friendly. I enjoyed my stay in san antonio, close to a lot of restaurants.

The Best Western Santa Ana is at a very good location for those who are using the hospitals and clinics in the area. The traffic in the area is very heavy; nevertheless, it is possible to get to any of the major hospitals in a few minutes. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and I can recommend it to any of my friends and family.
