Relaxing getaway

We had a very nice, relaxing visit to San Antonio. We were only a few minutes/miles from the Riverwalk. Our room was very clean and the hotel was very accomodating.

Room is equipped with microwave and fridge. breakffast is good. Hotel sees to be short of staff. They didn't even have an extra set of blanket when I asked for it.

Unbelievable stay

We had the best travel experience of our lives here. We stayed 5 days while visiting our daughter who graduated from Basic training at Lackland AFB. The Hotel was close (15 minutes from the base and 20 minutes from downtown San Antonio) the rooms were super clean, beds were comfortable, pillows were perfect, the staff was friendly, and courteous. Each day we recognized someone going above and beyond to see that our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was great, eggs, bacon,sausage, waffles, biscuts and gravy,cereals,bagels, toast, yogurt, coffee, juices,danish, the whole nine yards!! If there were six stars, that's what this Hotel and its staff deserved. They really cared about us, our parents and brother and sister-inlaw and cousins stayed in the same Hotel and all were just as impressed as we were. You need look no further if you will be in San Antonio, your stay at this Hotel will be great!

Very nice room with kitchen. Service weak.

Hotel 2 years old. Free breakfast very convenient. Hotel did not clean room first day. They cleaned out room 2nd day, but no towels. Had to remind them to finish room. Best Western coffee cup caught on fire in microwave reheating coffee for 110 seconds. Burned down to the coffee. Gave me a porcelain cup to use. Have stayed here before and had no problems.

Excellent Place to Stay

Very close to Palo Alto Community College. Large rooms, quiet, great beds. New hotel, very clean, excellent staff. Excellent hotel for the price!
