BEST WESTERN Ingram Park Inn

We stayed for 4 days. The room was clean and the grounds for an older hotel are wonderful. Beautiful, clean pool and plenty of patio furniture for us to visit with family. We would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would like to start by saying, when I expressed my concerns, the staff were all very attentive, just things that could not be corrected immediately. First of all I truly believe the problem was with the room location, room 145, back of the hotel, motel-like. In front of the room in the tree lawn was a drain ditch of some sort, one hole covered with a grate, the other hole was covered with wooden pallets. Hence, bug problem in the room, moths, flies, gnats and one very large dead roach. Secondly, minor problems with electrical in the room, phone, clock/radio, bathroom lighting, which were all corrected, but the clock/radio and phone broke again during the five night stay. The last problem encountered was a pack of wild dogs, five to be exact, at 5AM when I was packing the car to leave, that was a little unsettling, ran back in the room. I booked this hotel last minute and it is a good location if you are attending BMT at the AFB, but I would suggest asking for a room in the main hotel, not the rear.

Excellent location for basic military graduation at Lackland AFB-15minutes in traffic tops-Hotel was safe,clean and staff was helpful and friendly-there is no complaint from me--check in was easy I arrived they had the info took 5 minutes even let me check in several hours early

This is my second stay at this hotel in 3 months. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. The beds are very comfortable and the location is close to just about everything. Fantastic value for the price.

Flew down for my son's Air Force graduation. After reading reviews felt pretty good about the hotel but it far exceeded my expectations! Location was great..close to a large Mall, restaurants, cinemas, and 5-10 min drive to Lackland AFB. Very clean, comfortable rooms; surprisingly quiet, staff helpful and friendly, great breakfast (hot waffles, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, etc). Nice pool and courtyard..just couldn't ask for anything more and at such a reasonable price. Thanks!

This motel is older, but has the basic's. Will stay again.

We stayed for our son's Lackland graduation. We were within 10 minutes to base, tons of restaurants, shopping plaza's, SeaWorld and there was even a bus pickup right behind the motel to take us into the city that dropped us off right at the Riverwalk for only $1.10 a person! The motel staff were friendly and very accomodating! Anything we asked, they were more than happy to help! The rooms were clean, the showers were perfect! We never felt unsafe! I would highly recommend this motel if you want a clean, affordable, safe place to rest!

Attended my son's basic training graduation. The location was great and the price was affordable. Will be staying there again when my daughter graduates in seven months!

The room we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed for the three nights we were there. Convenient to park right outside the room, and the pool was only steps away. Best Western Ingram Park is right in the middle of town, so it was easy to go out to eat or go see a movie. Since I flew in to see my fiance, I was without a car. The staff was very helpful in getting me a taxi to the airport. I felt safe and secure in this hotel, and I would definitely recommend it!

Cockroaches. Had to call corporate office not hotel to get result. We found cockroaches reported it. NOTHING done. We spent nite awake with lite on. Captured bug and showed front desk left for day to do grad stuff came back and nothing done! Called Best Western asked for room change and comp. Corporate took care of us not hotel. Do not go unless want room mates!
