Super 8 San Angelo

This a good cheap hotel for those who are looking to save. Location is great and convinient. The bad thing is that youll see a few buggs here and there. Also, rooms tend to get a little hot and the ac is no good.

The beds were dirty. There were crumbs on my blankets and the floor had some weird stain on it that looked like someone had cleaned up blood or vomit. I purchased a soda from the vending machine and it tasted weird. When I looked at the expiration date it had expired on 8/23/10. I was drinking a soda that had been expired for over a year!!!. If they cleaned up the place and payed attention to some details it would be better. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

We just wanted a nice inexpensive room with a fridge and a microwave, but instead we had bite marks on us when we woke up from bed bugs. The shower curtian had red stains on the bottom, and the door was open and I barely check in. In another words the room was horrible will not recommended anybody to stay. I wish i would have pick motel 6 instead and this hotel was more expensive than motel 6.

Went for graduation and wedding. If I had not prepaid thru internet I would've left after 1st sight of 1st one. There were 3 roaches in the 1st room we got. Asked to be moved and found 2 more in the 2nd one. Also man beating significant other by the pool. Very scary place. Did not sleep well at all because of these conditions--my children and I were scared. How can people have businesses like this?

This hotel was good for the price. My boyfriend and I wanted to get away for the night without spending much. It was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable for hotel beds. The first room we got the floor was a bit damp from having the carpet cleaned, the staff working outside our room explained they had a new guy cleaning the carpet and he hadn't had much experiance with the carpet cleaning machine. They were very helpful and called the front office for us and got us a new room then took our card to change it out for us and let us meet them by our new room without having to make an extra trip to the front desk. This was a good place for just a night out.

The towels were dirty. The door to the room had about a 1 inch gap at the bottom from the floor (so the door didn't fit) and anything could crawl in, plus you heard all the street noise. The tissue roll holder in the bathroom was broke and sitting on the floor and the bathroom was very small. There were no descent chairs to sit on in the room. There was contruction going on in the room next to ours. No moderate amenities. We will not stay there again.

AC/ heating unit broken. Hair dryer broken. Cleaning staff was clearing out almost every other room on the floor and so large piles of towels covered the hall and stairs until late in the evening, while they vacuumed until 7pm

Because of remodeling, did not provide breakfast and the internet was not working. Otherwise, clean and quiet.

When I first arrived the lobby was very hot because their air conditioning was out. The clerk assured me that the rooms a/c was working and it was. When I arrived in my room, it reeked of cigarette smell and I spotted two dirty ashtrays. I went back to the lobby and requested a non-smoking room and got one. The motel was remodeling and the new room had a beautiful new granite counter top and mattress but the shower/tub area was very aged and stained. The carpet was dirty and there was a dead bug on the bathroom floor. There were three more dead bugs in the bathtub. The room is entered from the outside and it had those curtains that don't quite close all the way so people who walk by can see in the room. I won't ever stay there again.
