Not very good
When I booked the room, I ask for non-smoking. The room I got was a smoking room. I would have gone elsewhere, but it was family weekend at the college and there was nothing else. I had booked a month in advance but was told that the non-smoking rooms were all gone. Floor was dirty and the walls were thin. But at least it was only one night. Doubt I will go back.

Not happy
I will never use [...] again. I booked this hotel thinking I was saving money at $70 a night. Upon arrival I see a sign that says rooms are $60 for walk ins and they would not honor the price because I went through [...]. It feels like a scam on both sides and I am highly upset. I will promise that all of my police officer friends will know about my unhappiness with your service. I know your a huge company and my little complaint will do nothing to your bottom line....but just like gettin Obama out of office...We got to start somewhere.Unhappy in San Antonio,Lance Burt

Average
Efficient staff, ice machines nearby, clean rooms and in good repair. Waffle iron did not work and bananas past prime condition.

Adequate for Price
Hotel is older but in pretty good condition. Staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was lacking in its selection. Room was comfortable and clean with the exception of some bugs. Would stay again.
