Nice for the Price
The room was nice. The night could have gone better though, the air conditioner ran once and would not cut back on unless I got up out of bed to turn it on again...very annoying. Other than that our stay was enjoyable. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating, even when I locked myself out of the room. My daughter was having dental surgery, so this was the reason for our little getaway. It was nice to have a decent room to go to.

Hotel was clean and the linens were new. Breakfast was adequate. Friendly staff There weren't really any ammenities but for the price it was fine. The hotel was out town just a bit but close to the loop and easy to get to.

OK as a last resort.
The Ramada Inn Limited, was indeed very limited with providing customer satisfaction. Even though I checked in early with the understanding I would return later that evening to pick up a key to the room, I was placed on the second floor-- no elevator. Under normal circumstances this wouldn't be an issue, except that we had walked all day at the college, only to return to a room that we could not get the key to work in the door. So I had to return to the office to trouble shoot the key, only to be told that the door handle had to be pulled in the opposite direction from typical doors. The light at the bedside was unplugged. I later determined the reason for the light being unplugged was because the switch did not work, and it had to be unplugged to turn the light off. The air conditioner froze up during the night, adding to a very uncomfortable stay.

satisfied wtih staff, not the cleanliness of the room
The staff seemed to be friendly and willing to help. The downfall of the room was that it did not seem very clean. The sheets appeared dirty. I liked the fact that the room had a microwave and fridge. The pool appeared clean but small.
