Great Hotel
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and enjoyed it every time. The staff has always been professional and pleasant. They go out of their way to assist customers. The indoor pool is very nice. The only thing they don't have that we could have used is a workout room at the location. You can go to a nearby location for $2, but we didn't have time. It's a great choice for San Angelo!

Just What We Wanted
We have stayed in this Hampton Inn before and once again we were pleased with the service and amenities. The free breakfast bar was particularly well designed and stocked. It made for a pleasant start to our day.

OK Hampton.
We have stayed at much nicer Hamptons than this one and with lower rates. The TV remote had to be squeezed very hard to change channels or volume. The desk staff replaced it but it was no better. The sheets were slightly too large and bunched up. On Sunday, the day we checked out there was a bus tour in the breakfast room making it imposible to get breakfast before our airline departure. The staff was very nice so I think the deficiencies at this hotel are a result of management inattention.

There is a mall and several chain restaurants nearby. The river walk, train museum, and Fort Concho are all worth visiting.

Texas friendly San Angelo
Everything was great at this hotel. From the time we walked in the door until we left everyone was most helpful and freindly. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable too. The location was super as it is on the loop and close to most everything. This is a place we would stay again...

The is a beautiful river-walk just a short drive away. Lot's of birds, turtles, and local families fishing and picnicing.
