Overall, my friend and I had a good time at this hotel. It's close to the university and about a 5 minute drive to downtown. It's a nice, modern property with a great breakfast. The one thing they could have done better was to put the loud family with the kids not in the neighboring room. The property seemed not too full and it would have made our stay more relaxing. Maybe the hotel was fuller than I thought though. Anyways, overall we enjoyed our stay and I would stay there again.

Crying babies don't help.
I enjoyed our stay but you can hear everyone passing by. There was a family with a baby next door so we heard him crying while we were trying to sleep.

Not a happy time!
Heating unit in room did not work, and unsecured network connection did not work without contacting tech support, and then could only receive not send.Maintenance tech worked on the heating unit for several hours but was not able to fix it. The hotel had no other rooms available to move me into, and the other option offered at 10pm was to see if another hotel had room. [...]

exceptional bussiness hangout
I was in town on bussiness. The hotel was quiet and clean. There were a few restraunts close by but the convention center and other things we did were not with in walking distance. It did not have a shuttle to the airport. The staff was always very helpful with answering my questions.

We were in San Angelo for a wedding shower. We were sound asleep when the people next door woke us up at 11:45 p.m. yelling and banging things around. This went on for about 30 minutes. We called the front desk and complained. They immediately responded. The people left the room but came back at 2:45 a.m. and continued talking loudly until about 5:00 a.m. It was the worst night we have had in a hotel. [...]Hotel was overpriced.

This hotel was great in terms of service, assistance, cleanliness and quietness. The only problem was a very unfriendly and unpleasant breakfast attendant. She monitored the area regularly and was cursing and complaining about the guests burning food etc. All this was done in fornt of me and my family. This is not a person who should be out among the guests and should not be part of the team.

Great 3 day stay
The stay was great and staff were very helpful. Was there on family business and only thing that I would suggest is that they could have cleaned our room before 3pm. Over all, great location and very clean. I will stay there on my next trip.
