Good time for all
The staff was helpful, and patient. The cleaning staff was warm and friendly, and efficient too. My room was very clean and in a quiet location. I slept well every night! The breakfast was good, except every morning the boiled eggs ran out first thing after 8 am.

Room was not ready.
We arrived for our room at 2:30 in the afternoon and were directed to our room. When we got to our room the door was unlocked, open, and the room was a disaster. The front desk later notified us that our room was to only one available and we would have to wait approximately an hour before our room would be ready. When we finally got into the room, the afternoon sun was no match for our airconditioner. The room was not at a comfortable temperature until late in the evening when the sun had been down for a while. At checkout the front desk said they were aware that the western sun made the rooms very warm, but did not seem to show any interest in making a change.

Leisure Friendly
The Best Western in San Angelo was better than what I expected. The room was extremely clean and very well equipt. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. The Best Western is located in the most tourist friendly area. I will definately be staying there again, as well as referring it to anyone planning on visiting the San Angelo area!

Needs some work
The staff was somewhat friendly, but overly willing to help. The room itself was pretty nice, very good size with a nice work space and desk. However, at night there were a lot of bugs running around the bathroom, which was very unwelcome surprise.

There is a Texas Roadhouse right nextdoor to the hotel, which is very nice.
