is not fair to advertise something that is under construction elevators and entrance very unpleasant experience

I saw on-line that hotel was under construction but didn't realize that lobby was totally gutted. Very friendly guy working temporary desk in lobby. My room, which was newly remodeled, was very, very nice except for unpainted interior door and a/c fan that rattled. Sould be great place to stay when construction is completed. Would stay there again but they should probably discount room rate until construction completed.

It was still under construction during my stay(11/27/2012), and only some rooms on the second floor are ready. Those rooms are nice and clean -- maybe there's a little smell from the renovation, if you are sensitive to smells. One thing you need to be careful: If you want to walk to the other side of I-75, it is perhaps not the best place to stay, because you need to spend more than 20 minutes to go across a bridge. Buses are available, but try to check online before booking.

Experience was wonderful. The staff was cordial ant the amenities were excellent.

This is an old hampton inn, being remodeled as a Wingate. The lighted sign out front still said hampton inn. they had draped a thin piece of plastic sheeting over it that said wingate, but at night, you could still see hampton inn showing thru the plastic. Inside was a complete wreck. the "check in" counter was a card table with a laptop on it. I had to hunt people down to check in and check out. the numbers on the room doors were pieces of paper taped to the doors. the carpeting in the hall had been used for painting drop cloths. My room? well at least the linens were fresh but only 3 of the 5 lamps in the room worked, the tv remote batteries were dead, the phone did not work and the microwave was not hooked up. the bathroom had holes cut in the ceiling where I assume they would be putting a new heat fan/light. no towel rods, and the shower was just a hanging hand held sprayer with nothing to perch it on, so I had to stand there and spray myself with the hose instead of enjoying a nice hot shower. free breakfast? what free breakfast? workmen were in and out, and left the back door propped open so anyone had access. Bottom line - do not book here unless you call first and make sure the remodeling is finished. Notice to Wyndham - DON"T rent rooms that are only half rennovated!

It was a very nice stay rooms were excellent even though hotel was unconstruction, staff was very nice and helpful, will definetly be back when hotel is no longer under construction.

Overall, for the price it was as good as it can be. No complains.

Like other Hampton Inns, this hotel is conveniently located and more than comfortable enough. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Miss having a restaurant in the hotel but they had different levels of snacks out at pretty much all hours.
