Good Value
The check-in was fast and the breakfast buffet was very good (not included in price). Our room key quit working before we checked out. Location is good, easy drive into downtown Dallas.

Medical Trip

Great for the price.
Very nice for the price. We enjoyed having a place to drink a few beers and visit with friends my husband hadn't seen in 30+ years from Marine Corp.

overheated traveler
being indoors nearly same as outdoors
The ac was off in the room when I checked in and after nearly 1 1/2 hours later, the temp was nearly the same - HOT. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to check on it. He said he could go get a part and come back later to fix it. I had to go ahead and ask for another room - it was not immediatley offered. And the hotel was far from full!!!!

southfork in dallas
Hotel was pleasant and easy to find - we didnt' get great maid service but partly that was because we wanted privacy and kept our privacy card in our door - our keys keeps not functioning but we found out it was because we were keeping them near our cell phones- the staff graciously reset them several times. I would recommend this hotel of closeness to Plano and ease of locating and getting around the area. Room was satisfactory and pool was very nice

this is a great hotel and an excellant restaurant. the staff is very friendly and helpful,especially in printing up your airline boarding passes. we shop for antiques and the location is great for some really neat stores.sou

No Surprises, the bed was a little soft. skimped on the number of wash clothes in bathroom. needs a nite light in room to avoid leaving bathroom light on all night.

Great place to stay!
Staff was friendly. Room was very clean. Fridge in room very noisy and some noise from I 75.

Great place to stay!!
This was a dog club specialty, the hotel went over and beyond to make the 5 days an enjoyable stay. I wish we could have our specialty there all the time.
