La Quinta Inn Dallas Plano East

Comfortable; clean; quiet. Pet friendly and good places to walk a dog around the hotel!

One of the cheaper la quintas you will find in Dallas. Smoking room actually smelled fresh when first opened the door. Only 2 complaints I have about this hotel. Housekeeping doesn't come everyday had to call tithe office after the 1st night for towels and the guide for the tv was a hour ahead so neve really knew what was on tv. These are just small minor complaints but I still would highly recommend this hotel for any stay why pay a 100 bucks for the one in Allen when this is half the price with the same amenities!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Right on our route, convenient on and off highway. Restaurant right next door. This was great for us as we arrived late and hadn't eaten.

I really enjoy this hotel. Room is very spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable with a king-size bed, computer desk and chair, and also a recliner on the other side of the room. Bathroom is large too, with a long 3 sided mirror and a shower that gets SUPER hot and sprays hard (A plus for me with lower back pain). TV is a very nice 32 inch LCD with cable channels that can also easily receive your computer's HDMI cable. Best things about this room are the comfort, space, and atmosphere. The room I stayed in did not have a refrigerator but I believe that omission is part of how they give you so much value for what you pay. Breakfast is also fantastic, you can make your own waffles and they have pretty much everything short of omelets. I always choose this hotel if I'm looking in this price range ($55-70).

If your looking for a bed and not much more this place will work. Room wasn't very clean, the drink machines didn't work well ( 2 trips to office to get refund). Staff was nice. Saw hotel down the road, newer, nicer for less $'s. =/

Room was not very clean ! Internet only worked 1 of the 3 days we were there and the staff did not care at all. Would never stay there again.

This is a simple motel but is a great price for what you get. The rooms are standard motel rooms, nice tv and comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I stayed for multiple nights though and sometimes they would wait until the end to clean my room, which was after I would be back in it. The breakfast was a real nice thing to have, good waffles and a nice touch was that they were in the shape of Texas!

Good location and good value. Needs a bit of TLC. Staff was great and room was comfortable and nice. Easy access to freeways and food.

I enjoyed my time in Plano very much and what made it more enjoyable was having a hotel that took care of me while I was there. The staff was very friendly and efficient in taking care of all my needs. I was particularly impressed with their continental breakfast. The choices were very impressive ... from hard boiled eggs to make your own waffles to a nice selection of fruit and pastries as well cereal and toast. I did occasionally wish that they went later then 9 in the morning with the breakfast but it was worth getting up for :)One thing I did wish was that the hotel pool would have been available. I didn't ask why it wasn't working but there was a sign saying it was getting repairs. With temps of 100 degrees plus it would have been nice to dip in the pool but at least the air conditioning worked well.The other thing that would have been nice to have in the rooms would have been a mini fridge ... but not all hotels have these but it would have come in handy.Other then that my stay was very enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a clean and friendly place to spend an evening or a week like I did.Thanks La Quinta [...] for your great service.

Like the location of the hotel, close to a lot of eatery's and just a short drive to entertainment. Was a get away for me and my husband, enjoyed a dinner and a movie at the Movie Studio, along with the Dallas car show.
