Nice Hotel

Perfect location!!
When I checked into the hotel, the guy at the front desk was really and efficient. My room was clean and very roomy. I had breakfast downstairs which had a variety of food to eat. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

No hot water
I chose this hotel because in the past all of the Hyatt Place hotels I have stayed at have been clean and new. This hotel was old and dingy. It did not feel clean. There was a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, presumably from the previous guest. And to make matters worse, there was no hot water. The only positive was the ability to walk next door for dinner at a nice restaurant. I would not choose this hotel again.

Another winning experience with Hyatt Place
Clean room laid out just like every other Hyatt Place - just like I like it. Clean, well lit, well appointed and a friendly, helpful, professional staff. You can't beat Hyatt Place for the price. They are my hotel chain of preference.

Half and Half
Well there is a reason they don't show you the outside of the hotel. If your looking for nice for a cheap price this is the place.it was very comfortable had a ottoman a sofa and a set up almost like a studio apartment.They even had a very nice breakfest selection. The part that I did like about this hotel was the modern decorations here and there. I didn't like the fact that there was a horrible smell that was in the hotel from the remodeling they were doing. If I would have known I would have picked a different hotel.I didn't like the fact that there was no hot water in my room. When I did address the front desk of this matter I was told what do you want me to do about it there is nothing I can do maintance already left. Finally they came up with the bright idea to give me a different room with hot water. Not a bad hotel but I will never stay there. agin even if it were free.

Economical Excellence
Stayed several nights for a wedding in the area - pleasant room layout and design. Free breakfast, good biz area to print out boarding passes... just an extremely reasonable price/value for the Plano area. Oh yea, looked them up prior to booking, bed bugs not a problem...just saying.

Modern and comfortable
Staff was friendly, everything was very clean. Check-in was easy, free breakfast. Can't really ask for more.

Fool me once
The Hotel istself was nice and clean. They did run out of orange juice glasses at the complimentary breakfast. The biggest problem, too much highway noise. If you use this hotel request the far right side of the hotel on the backside. Our biggest complaint, it was not close enough to the attraction we went to see. [...]
