Tired, Needs updated bad
Wifi is HORIBLE, so is the Plug In Ethernet - Unable to get any thing done with timeouts, frequent log-ins, and slower than dialup speeds. TV is old, tired... whole room felt "old"

Close to malls, restaurants, senior center, good buffet breakfast variety; friendly housekkeeper; friendly hostess at breakfast bar; near interstate; fitness center; big rooms; suggested to spray rooms with deodorizer; utilized computer at business center; was able to watch television while eating breakfast. wish the pool were inside for cooler days. hairdryer and coffee service in room, as well as microwave and frig.

LONG WEEKEND IN PLANO
THE HOTEL WAS PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS. CLOSE TO MY DESTINATION, BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND STAFF VERY HELPFUL. ROOM SERVICE WAS EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Very good place for business stay
Good staff, clean, nice lobby. Room good size, clean, free internet with nice desk. Good business hotel, great rate. No restaurant or bar, nearest is 1/2 mile by car. Not a problem for me. Microwave and small refrigerator were great bonus items. I recommend this if you have business anywhere near the are. A good value.

Visit family - 8/2011
The hotel was very nice. The breakfast area was well maintained and the food was pretty good. We did have an in issue in our hall way with an exterminator spraying for insects, but we were transferred to a suite on the 6th floor. The management was very accommodating for the inconvenience. We will visit again.

Casa Mama's in Plano is an excellent place for Tex Mex. Food was great, and service was awesome!

Nice room to come to after long bus. day
Uneventful, but that's what one wants after a long drive and business to handle. Lobby rather sterile--lack of decor. Elevator lights indicating floor levels weren't working. Disconcerting. But, room was nice, clean and welcoming. Clean bath area. Nice bed. All good after long day. Next day in lobby grabbed an apple for guests from bowl on table and fruit was less than desirable. Rate a "3 star"...but would stay again. It was clean. Nothing really outstanding positive or negative.

Approx 7 miles from hotel is Maggianos. Fun, upbeat, Italian restaurant. Good food, good prices, fun atmosphere.

Excellent location
We are planning on moving to Plano, so I made the reservation without even checking out where the hotel was - as long as it was in Plano. Well, that is probably the BEST place location-wise - just off the main highway 75 that runs down to Dallas and up to McKinney, easy to access, but quiet. Close to all kinds of restaurants and downtown Plano. One negative though - toilets don't flush right - unless you stand there and hold the handle down until the tank empties, it is not going to take your goodies down...
