THE EXPERIANCE WAS OK, EXCEPT THAT THE ROOM WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A NON SMOKING ROOM BUT THAT ROOM MUST BE USED AS A SMOKING ROOM ALSO

Another comfy night @ LaQ
Went to Odessa for doctors and shopping - why else would anyone ever go there? We always try to stay at La Quinta wherever we go as they are reliable. This was no different. A little older and more worn than most but clean, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. Fast, free internet. Easy to find. Staff were courteous. Price is rediculously high due to oil boom.

Hate to eat a chain restaurants but Olive Garden in Midland is only acceptable food we have found.

A business traveler.
Not the place you would want to stay!
Stayed one night of two. The hotel was not clean. The bed blanket was dirty. Did not use it. Brought our own. The carpet was not clean. The bathroom was in bad need of painting, cleaning. Just not the place one would stay. And for the price, not good. Had to stay due to nothing available elsewhere, however, we worked the nest day and left to another hotel in another town as we travel back to the home base.

Odessa June 2011
Staff was helpful. Room was clean, but slightly age worn. Overall quality was not as good as you normally expect and get at a LaQuinta value for room against other loactions in Odessa was fair. TV channel selection very limited. Lobby and breakfast area could be a little cleaner, but that may have been other guests who were not thoughtfull of thier fellow travelers.

No what I expected
The hotel was not what I expected. The first thing noticed was hotel guest smoking outstide his room shirtless. I cancelled the reservations and went to a different La Quinta.

La Quinta Inn Odessa
Check in was easy, room was clean, channels were somewhat limited. Also, whatever you do, DON'T drink the water! It's nasty! They should have a public advisory in each room stating that. It's not the hotels fault, however, the water all over town is nasty, bring/buy plenty of bottled water!

Spent one night at the LaQuinta Inn Odessa. Similar to La Quinta Inn at other locations visited previously. No surprize, usual stuff. Spent 2 days in the area to discover surrondings in planning to move in Odessa.

Spring Break Wedding
We went to Odessa for a wedding and our room was able to provide items such as an iron and a blow dryer which we used when getting ready to go to the wedding. The staff was very attentive to the rest of our needs.

Enjoyed it!
This was just a simple gataway from home. My husband and I just wanted to have some time from the hassle and to just get him away from work for a little personal time.
