Motel 6 Mission TX

Very nice, had no problems and slept well. Was close to what I needed.

Everything was ok, it´s a good choice for shopping purpuse.

We were down for Thanksgiving and our first trip ever being in a motel/hotel. (We always stay with my wife's family), but they had no room. When we got there, the receptionist stated our room was not available until 2:00 pm. I stated I thought we had to be here by 2:00. I got on the phone and talked to my wife, receptionist then stated okay a room is available and prepared my entry cards. Upon arrival, the housekeeper was still cleaning, the room was extremely small. The only good thing about it was a huge plasma T.V and a large bathroom. Each night that we stayed (3) nights the entry card did not work. When you are carrying a child and shopping bags it becomes stressful and exhausting! We reserved a queen bed and that bed did not seem like a queen. To top it off, no breakfast, no amenities, no customer courtesy shampoos or skin care products, and a few towels accommodated. Also, I was charged an extra $20 for taxes for 1 room with a queen. Although, the motel was convenient for shopping.

The Motel 6, Mission, Texas was a very relaxing place to stay. The room along with the rest of the hotel was very clean and inviting. The desk area in the room had enough space to accomodate my laptop and printer while leaving ample room for my wife to put on make up. My daughter enjoyed the large plasma TV and the many cable channels available. The digital thermostat was easy to adjust and the air conditioner kept the room at the perfectly cool. The hotel staff was polite and attentive. The pool and patio were comfortable and refreshing. The location was perfect, right on highway 83 with many restauraunts in the area and within minutes from McAllen and Mexico. My family rested very well at this Motel 6 and enjoyed the room and amenities very much as well. We will choose to stay here every time we visit Mission, Texas.
