The rooms were a good size and the tub was huge. We could hear the people above us and had to go and ask for several things when we arrived (towels, a light bulb) We were all happy with the location and the breakfast offered. It seemed that many issues could have been dealt with by any of the staff walking through the room before we arrived. We would stay there again.

Great place for extended stay
I think that most people would really enjoy the hotel with roomy, two room Southwestern suites. The rooms were clean with a shabby chic decor. Full breakfasts were provided with an assortment of eggs, breakfast meats, etc. For me, however, while the hotel was less than a mile from my business meetings, I would have liked to stay in a less industrial area. The small buildings, with outside entrance made me feel insecure. As a woman, traveling alone, I would have liked to be closer to the main areas (office, lobby, pool) and felt that I was in a too remote area. I was given directions to a fitness center that was not in the building circled on the map. A little too inconvenient for a short, two night stay but might be good for someone traveling for an extended period.

very relaxing
Thha Hawthorn hotel is a very nice place to stay, surrounded by nature. Is great because you are 5 minutes from the shopping centers and all the interesting places to visit but a the same time you feel you are in some place far away. I really had a very relaxing weekend. The swimming pool is very nice and all the places to be otdoors.

Great value & Excellent staff
This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have an excellent layout. Not to mention they were very clean, and I am very particular. This hotel was in a quiet gated community, yet, was located near many businesses, shopping plazas, restaurants, etc. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone and will only stay here on my future trips!

There is an excellent Bar & Grill next door. Very friendly atmosphere and excellent food. The Flan is beyond words!!!
