July 9-11 weekend
I wrote a very detailed evaluation of this hotel but the file was lost when I tried to send it. I am not going to spend time replicating that evaluation. Suffice it to say: - our room was not made up Saturday although we were out of the room from 0930-1500; - the Internet wasn't availble Sat. night to check in for our Sun. flight and print boarding passes; - the reaction to both failures -- -- "I just came on duty."; -- "the manager left without restoring internet capability." The room itself was above average as was the bathroom. However, bath towels were damp to the point of seeming to have been already used. Overall, customer service doesn't seem to be a priority.

awesome room
I travel a lot and this is my new favorite hotel to stay in. very clean rooms with high quality everything. I was impressed with the friendly nature of the staff. The continental breakfast was also a nice thing to wake up to.

Beware double billing!!
Everything was great except for the hotel charging my cc for the room stay after I had already been charged by Obitz. A call to Orbitz and I will be reimbursed in 2-3 business days, just waiting now to see if that is the case. It is a shame that this has made a nice stay turn into a pain, would recommend just calling hotel and book it yourself after all why pay twice and then have wait for a refund!

Short drive from hotel
Everything is a short drive from the Inn, dining and shopping. Book room yourself, as cost was slightly cheaper and avoid being double charged!
