Overall the hotel is very nice and the location is even better (virtually on the mall parking lot). Maybe this was an isolated case but my experience was horrible. I tried checking in at 2 pm (2 hours after the standard check-out time) but the
person in charge asked me to come back at 3 pm because there were no rooms available. How could that be? Anyway, I had to wait for another 2 and a half hours until the room was ready! Ok, the rooms are nice, no trouble with that. Only thing i noticed was a loud clicking sound coming from the AC. I called and asked them to fix it (no rush, as I was going to the mall for the rest of the day). Of course when I came back after a long day the sound was still there, so I called again. A tech guy fixed it again. It only went away for 15 min, so I had to live with it for the rest of the night, waking up every couple minutes. In the morning I went to complain (not to ask for a refund or anything, just to explain the situation so they could fix it before the next guest). The manager , was very rude about this, he started out saying that the problem had been fixed and that the logs state the problem was solved twice. I explained he was right but the problem came back, he kept on saying that the problem was fixed. My god this guy was the worst manager i've meet in my entire life. His tone, his way of handling the situation, everything. All I was looking for was the normal we're terribly sorry for the inconvenience that it!!!! The broken AC was probably just back luck, but the lack of true customer service was very unprofessional.
