you get what you pay for..
Good: customer service was excellent; they accomidated me to a different room immediately when the initial room I walked into had wet carpet Bad: the location Overall: if youre on a budget this might suit you. However, I would not stay there due to the location.

Clean but location is not good.
The hotel seems to be newly built. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel is near the trade zone ans is busy with cargo truck traffic.

The only thing within walking distance was a fast food joint. I had to drive over a mile for a simple healthy dinner.

Out of the Way
This hotel was priced well but it was out of the way. I was able to hear the televisions in the ajoining rooms as well as the guests walking above. All in all, it was quite noisy. The water from the bathroom sink smelled awful and the soap dispensers are mounted on the wall in an awkward location if you are right handed. The first room I was given smelled from smoke eventhough it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.

Very friendly
The Motel 8 was in a good location for the plans we had made. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. We were very satisfied with the staff and the motel.
