The hotel was convient to the highway yet far enough off not to be heard. From the time we entered the hotel from the time we had left all staff was courtious and professional. The breakfast bar was fully loaded and had a nice array to choose from. After traveling 1000 miles the bed was soooo confortable that sleeping in was hard to resist. I will be staying there every visit to McAllen, Pharr and Mission.

Clean and Modern
Visited ill family member. Did not have a restful night because the ac kept turning off in the middle of the night.

Mc Allen Hotel
Stayed at a Springhill Suites in Medford, Oregon a few months ago. This Hotel rates a little below the previous one. Bed was great but not as fluffy and luxurious as the Medford one...certainly towels were thin and inexpensive. I guess it is in McAllen which is hard to find a luxurious hotel for this price. Service was fine and room cleaning great, although a few things were forgotten one day such as a bath mat and wash cloths. Breakfast had a wide choice of items. We were Birding in the area so not in the room until evening and early morning.

Excellent Hotel
I can not say enough about how great this hotel was from the friendly check-in to the rooms, to the pool, to the attention to detail the staff had. The location was great with easy access to the Expressway and the Airport.

Don't stay here... Unfriendly Staff
Even though I came with a reservation and my CC was charged they didn't have rooms available when I got there. Staff didn't help at all....
