The staff was at all times very nice. The location of the hotel is great, and even though it was full, the service was excellent.

Staff Great atention, Location for Shopping excellent, breakfast very good, the rooms can be better, more confortable beds, new style... you open the door and you think you are in the 90´s..but that can be fixed.

This hotel has an excellent location. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the hallway quiet. When I first arrived, the desk clerk was polite and very helpful. One thing that really impressed me was that she remembered me from a past stay there. That made me feel like the staff really does pay attention to the customers. The night clerk was equally as polite and helpful. Will I stay here again. Definitely!

I was visiting a friend and decided to stay here. The location of the hotel, the service provided at the front desk, the room accommodations, and the cleanliness of the room and the hotel were very good! The only problem was using the internet in the lobby. The computer or the modem needed servicing. I was told that the problem was a common one and if I wanted to use it, just unplug and plug the ethernet cable when it didn't work... which was every time I wanted to go to another page.

This hotel stay was very nice. The room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast room was well organized and convenient. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. If I had one complaint, it would be that the a/c thermostat was set down to 68 when I arrived and I had to turn it up to keep from being too cool. I was a little concerned when the price was as low as I found it, but upon arrival I found it to be in a good area, convenient to drive to and from, and a very nice hotel.

When I did the reservation I wasnt sure if the hotel was going to be ok, but then when I arrived I was satified... The room is very spacious and it has everything you need for a short term stay. It is also very well located.

I visited the valley for business purposes and this hotel is very close to the airport and downtown McAllen and Mission (about and hour from the Gulf. Each morning they provided a free breakfast and coffee-soda service 24/7. The rooms were very clean and the maid service was excellent. The one issue we had was the lack of security. To many kids running around at all hours of the night with no one to say stop. The lobby could also be kept cleaner, I was waiting for someone to clean the front door glass for three days and it was never done. Overall its the perfect businessman hotel for the price.

Room was comfortable, pretty good wifi access - and they also had a computer to use in the lobby. The breakfast was great - waffles, cereal, eggs, juice, fruit and coffee. They offered free popcorn and a free drink in the evening. It felt pretty homey for a hotel. Though the access road to get in and out was incredibly busy, the room was quiet. It's right next to good restaurants, too. I would have liked a little fitness center - but overall, Very nice!
