horrible dive of a hotel
upon arrival, i was notified i had to wait because the website i used to book my travel had not sent my order information to the hotel to solidify my reservation. after waiting 20 minutes with my partner, i was given a room that smelled stale and moldy, had scratched paint on the inside of the front door, stained carpets and lord only knows what else (didnt bother looking around - went back to the front desk at that point). after asking to check out, the front desk clerk asked if we'd like to see the renovated rooms upstairs. we agreed to stay not because we were satisfied with the space but because we were exhausted and were just happy we didn't have to go through the trouble to find another hotel in the middle of the night. by no means, however, was this hotel suitable. being told we had to ask if we wanted another towel (after room service only left us one), not having an iron and having to shove the bathroom door past the toilet because it was so small and got stuck is not my idea of a reasonable accommodation. i'm not even going to bother mentioning the rest of it - hopefully you all get the gist of it. never again!

Clean
I was in town for business. The room was very clean, the A/C worked, and the front desk was courteous. However, the description said the hotel had Tempurpedic mattresses which it most definitely did not. The description also said the hotel had a restaurant on-site; again wrong. There are facilities for a restaurant but not currently operating. However, there are numerous restaurants of all ethic types very near to this location. There is wi-fi but it did not work my first two nights and finally did on the 3rd. I was told it worked in the lobby, but there was no way I was going to hold a video conference in the lobby of the hotel. If all you are going to do is sleep, the hotel is fine; if you are looking to be entertained at the hotel or looking for special amenities, this is not the hotel for you.

There was an amazing discount... I reserved the room for my business partner who is not as demanding as myself but he was comfortable, free internet wireless and parking help to keep the expenses low. He extended his stay and did not want to move to another hotel.
