Location was fine, the room was fine, the folks nice, breakfast was adequate but the noise was terrible from street noise to kids jumping on beds. Shower just ok and hate wall AC units! Disappointed but one gets what one pays for.

Good value
Weekend in Lubbock. Clean and new hotel. Staff very friendly. Noisy in the evening; room above us and A LOT of slamming doors. Above average complimentary breakfast. Would stay there again.

Great location, great price
We had a good experience. We were taking our daughter to check out schools and the location was great. It was convenient to everything we needed to see.

wonderful, clean hotel
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. The price was reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide assortment of items. I would stay here again.

Quality Inn Lubbock
Attending a monthly class in Lubbock. Got in late, woke up early and was gone. It's great waking up knowing there is a great breakfast waiting downstairs.

PLEASANT RETREAT
We traveled to Lubbock for the Texas Tech Parent Weekend and football game. The hotel was clean and comfortable, enjoyed the fitness center, the business center was easily accessible and the staff was friendly. I believe the rates were rather high for this particular weekend - compared to non-football weekends.

this was a honeymoon stay for 2 knights. We really enjoyed the speedy check in service because we registered online made life so much easier. we ate and stayed in the room. the breakfast was great aswell. I would have prefered a bigger bathtub or a jacuzzi any complementary items or somethimg..
