Staff was not unfriendly at check in but not welcoming either. Breakfast was served but not until about 8 am. Difficult to regulate room temp. Noisy a/c unit.

The room was very clean with very comfortable king sized bed. The pull out bed had ample space around it and was of good size. However, it had plastic wrap on the mattress that crunched with every movement. The room was decorated with calm, modern colors and furniture and had better than average square footage. The breakfast was not good: the variety was poor and they did not have enough food. Unless you ate at 7:30am, the food was gone (scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits/gravy, stale muffins, and belgian waffle maker, but most bins were empty each morning).

GREAT THANKSGIVING GETAWAY!
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! EXCEPT THE LIVING ROOM CHAIR IN THE ROOM WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. IF IT WAS A RECLINER IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER! ...AND A BUNCH OF STUPID KIDS IN THE ROOM ABOVE US RUNNING & JUMPING ON THE FLOOR ALL NIGHT LONG! I CALLED AT MIDNIGHT AND ASKED IF SOMEONE COULD STOP THE NOISE ABOVE ME & THEY FIXED IT! SO I WENT BACK TO SLEEP! THANK YOU!!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!

My stay was most acceptable. I did ask for a port-a-crib...and was told they did not have them available. However, I have gotten them on previous trips and stays at this hotel. The clerk reacted as if he was unaware of them at all.

Affordable stay in new, modern and hip design
New hotel, spacious room...entire hotel has a modern, hip design that was a pleasant surprise for Lubbock. The feel of an urban boutique hotel in a convenient location and decent price.

Great facility, average housekeeping
Very cool hotel in both the common areas and room. Room was good sized & well furnished and appointed. But housekeeping must have been on holiday -- one wash cloth, two towels, one bag of decaffinated coffee, 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper left on the roll. We were on the phone to the front desk constantly, since you only notice these things as you need them.

Hotel was very nice. This is the second time we've stayed here. The only problem on this visit was that the hotel double charged us for the room. I made a hotel/rental car reservation through [...] and got a good price for the bundle. The hotel asked for a credit card at check-in for additional charges during our stay (no problem). The hotel then charged me twice [...] for the 1-night stay. I called the hotel several days after the stay to have the charge removed from my credit card, but it took almost a week to get the issue resolved and I had put a dispute claim on the charge with my bank.
