Newly-wed friendly!!!
Our stay was wonderful. Treated like royalty, the staff is readily on call for room service, down pillows, etc. The indoor pool and spa are very nice and relaxing. We shopped at the mall across the street and ate at the hotel, also was driven 3 miles to another restaurant by the driving staff. Wonderful staff!

The Embassy's restaurant is very good but the free breakfast is EXCELLENT. Nice to see smiling staff so early in the morning. Don't miss the manager's reception at 5:30! The bar area is pretty and it's a nice place to socialize.

Beautiful + peaceful hotel enviroment.
I stayed at this hotel for the 1st time when I went home with my teenage kids to visit my parents. The hotel staff were attentive, friendly, and we were always greeted by multiple staff members when we entered + left the hotel. I'm from New Jersey, so maybe it seemed a bit over the top, but it was nice. The hotel was clean, spaceous and with a court yard with hundreds of living plants + flowers + a large koa pond....Definitely a stress breaker, and a place that you would want to use at least once. The rooms were clean + quite elegant (as compared with the other hotels at which we stayed during previous visits to Lubbock). Mom wanted to feed us, so we only utilized the included breakfast once....But it was fine. Not a huge spread, but certainly something to suit everyone's tastes, and everything was fresh. I will use this hotel as my "go to place" from now on.

Relaxing, serene ambiance.
Other than the incident with the breakfast room management on our last day, everything else was wonderful.

Great place to stay in Lubbock
The spacious rooms, full breakfast including omelette bar, 2 hour Manager's Reception daily with open bar, pool, fitness center (although small), business center and extremely courteous staff made for a great stay. This is the third time at this place and the quality remains high.

Exceptional Staff and Accomodations
The staff allowed us to check in early to change for a wedding we attended. Just so very friendly and accomodating. Then when we went to breakfast the following morning, the receptionist, cook and wait staff were so very friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. Great way to start the day!

Feel at Home
The staff at this hotel are very friendly and make you feel at home. The rooms were very clean, and roomy. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I would change is that the hot tub to be separated from the pool area. The breakfast and evening reception (free drinks and appetizers) that were included in the price of the hotel were excellent.

"Suite and Sour"
Arrived at 5:30 PM and was told that reserved King bed room was not ready. After waiting another 45 minutes, I called Orbitz and requested assistance. After Orbitz called the front desk, I was finally given a room at 6:30PM. Front desk clerk was very apologetic, and gave us a free dinner entree as a comp. The room was spacious and comfortable, but short on wash cloths. The breakfast was adequate, but not exceptional. Great place for families with young children, but not a quiet stay for adults.

Caring Staff
The Embassy Suites in Lubbock was very comfortable. We enjoyed having a bedroom and living area. I had come to Lubbock for surgery and had to stay a week afterwards to recover. The desk staff and Housekeeping were very caring and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure our room was cleaned quickly and always asked about how I was and if there was anything they could do for me. The hotel was some distance from the hospital, but it was not too difficult to find our way around town because the desk staff helped us find our way.
