BREAKFAST WAS THE AVERAGE CONTINENTAL, THE INDOOR SWIMMING POOL WAS GREAT, GOOD COMFORTABLE BEDS, THE CLEANLINESS WAS EXCEPTIONAL. OVERALL GREAT STAY.

Room was clean and quiet. Hot tub was not operational.

enough towels weren't provided in the room and when I asked for more the cleaning people said they were out. beds were not comfortable and overall cleanliness was not up to par. the continental breakfast sucked, the texas waffles tasted rotted and food was gone by 9a.m. all 3 days we were there.

I was attending the university's freshman orientation. The room was clean, the food was just like all the other hotels in the area. I had an inside room opposite the pool. The noise was OK because the family swimming always packed up by 9-10 pm. If you like hard beds and overstuffed pillows like my husband, this room was perfectly comfortable. The toilet kept running, which kept me up at night. The light with the fan in the bathroom kept cutting out, but there was still light in the room for a safe shower. Housekeeping only took my dirty towels, they did not replace them. The front desk was quick to fix this. The wakeup call only rang three times. My first night it did not wake me up, and I thought I did not get one. The next night I was already awake when the call came in, which is how I knew it only rings 3 times. All in all, it was an average stay for a hotel at the edge of the loop on the opposite side of town from the university.

The room was clean when we arrived. I had booked this hotel because of the adminities. The hot tub was broken and must have been for a while, there was brown stuff in the bottom. We got in the pool and it was ice cold. This was an indoor pool, I assumed it was heated since it wasn't outside to use the sun for warmth. When the cleaning person came by she never left enough towels, she didn't clean the toilet at all. The lock was broken on the door, and the shower water pressure was soooo strong it stung on our skin! We definatly aren't staying here again!

It was about 15 minutes from texas tech, but easily accessed the freeways to all parts of city. The front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was ok, and the foyer of the rooms felt like they had a vent opened to outside. Rooms were nice and clean.

We attended a TTU football game. The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. We were very pleased. We had no complaints whatsoever.

Clean, comfortable. Room obviously recently redecorated, and tastefully done. Almost impossible to get to at first--well hidden, poor signage; also, located at one of the most confusing highway/frontage road interchanges I've ever encountered--anywhere! Texas needs to get a grip! We were given only one washcloth and one hand towel. When we asked for more, we were told they didn't have any--they had ordered some but they had not arrived yet. (Have they not heard of Sam's or Walmart?) They had barely enough for one per room of each. Our security lock was broken but they fixed it the second day. They're probably just going through a phase, but we will probably not stay there again unless nothing else in that price range is available.

Hotel was a great atmosphere. Children swam and enjoyed the comfy beds. Nothing needs to be changed. In comparison to other trips, this one ranks up there.
