HOTEL GOOD, COMPUTER ISSUES
HOTEL CLEAN, VERY GOOD BREAKFAST, BUT ALL KINDS OF TROUBLE WITH KEY CARD, HAD TO BE RE-KEYED EVERYDAY FOR THREE DAYS AND TWICE ONE DAY. ALSO WAS LEFT MESSAGE THAT WE WERE TO BE CHECKED OUT ON SUNDAY AND MY [...] RESERVATION WAS THRU SUNDAY NITE. THEY SAID IT COULD OF HAVE BEEN TROUBLE WITH [...]. OUR ROOM WAS NOT MAKE UP BUT AFTER SHOWING THEM THE CONFIRMATION IT WAS CLEANED AND FRESH TOWELS PUT IN IT. WE ALSO REQUESTED A KING W/SOFA SLEEPER AND GOT A KING W/RECLINER A SMALLER ROOM. THE MANAGER DID GIVE US 3 FREE NITES FOR OUR PROBLEMS. THIS IS THE 1ST TIME I'VE USED [...], SO I'M SOMEWHAT SKEPTICAL ABOUT THIS SERVICE.
