The entire stay wasn't too bad. The only problem we had was when we got stuck in the elevator on the way to the wedding. The staff was nice and apologetic but it was crazy.

wonderful

This was my first time staying here and other than the girl at the counter, everything was great, I loved the decor in the room, the bed was so comfortable and i slept like a log. I would most certain come back to this hotel again and again.

Poor Management

I reserved this room by phone through [@] and less than an hour later, I found the same room on another website for $27 per night less. This hotel has a 100% cancellation fee so I could not book the lower rate from the other site. The hotel elevator did not work 2.5 days of the 4 that we were there. On day 2, we came in from work at 3:15 pm and our room had not been cleaned. We had to call the front desk to bring us clean towels before we could shower and then had to listen to the maid complain about how they were short handed. The Indian owners watch over you while you eat breakfast like they may attack at any moment. Very uncomfortable. The pool was full of dirt and leaves. When I called the front desk, they said that they would point it out to management the NEXT morning. This place needs new management in the worst way. Clean but run like a 3rd world hotel.

Horrible - Horrible - Horrible!

This is a nightmare motel! I was with a group of family for my daughter's graduation, and my experience proved to be the better of them all - horrible experiences. Rooms with major maintenance problems - cheaply furnished - extremely outdated. Elevators failing. But the worst was with the charges. We had been quoted $55./night each room when 6 rooms were all reserved as a group 2 months ago. We all got charged more - various amts from $119 - 75. My husband and I had to leave very early in the am. Not expecting any problem with what we had charged on our credit card, we didn't approach the front desk when we left. I found out they charged me $89.00+ tax. This place is really horrible - very dishonest and cheap. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Not a place I will stay again!

Hotel was run down, no fitness and pool not operating. Only one elevator working. Dirty and staff not very helpful

Great price!

Didnt spend much time in the hotel, but it was super clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.
