Good Place To Stay

We stayed here for a three day weekend and it was nice. The restrooms are a little small but can't really complain about anything . I think that there needs to be an age limit for couples in the hot tub . While my daughter was swimming there were two very young couples all over each other in the hot tub. I informed the manager and he was very willing to take care of the situation.

nice hotel

The hotel was nice very clean and quite. Nice breakfast in the morning. Would be great for an extended stay.

Needs some help

Bed was hard and pillows were lumpy! Shower-head needs replacement. Towels were rough. Need I say more!

just getting away

almost new hotel, beds were very comforable, but the location is hard to find need better directions on web site 45 st is only about 1 block long the place is under a freeway crossover so you have to be very good at finding things ok. The b'fest wasn't real good, whoever made the coffee that morning must have had a hangover because tit's so strong i coudn't drink it, the eggs were rubber sauage was just warm not hot like the stuff had been in the warming trays for an hour or more. Other wise nice hotel.

Enjoyable stay.

We were in Lubbock for granddaughter's graduation from Texas Tech. Great location. Very clean & attractive/ comfotable. Parking lot was well lit. Very friendly staff. Great experience.

Excellent Value

The location was perfect and the hotel was like staying in a brand new hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. The only negative was I thought the breakfast they offered was subpar.

Lazy Staff, otherwise average

No complaints about the room. The service was just frustrating. Breakfast was from 6-10am, but she had the entire buffet put away by 9:30 so she could get on with the rest of her day. There were a lot of frustrated customers that morning and when we brought the issue up, we were met with shrugs.
