I have been charged twice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You, then the hotel. Besides that, the check in process was laborious, there were two women arguing in the lobby, screaming profanities at each other. The room was very musty, there was no shower curtain, no wash cloths, no ice bucket, no cups. These things were brought about an hour after checking in, except there were no wash cloths, just hand towels. I could let most of it go except for the musty odor in the room. Nothing could be done about that. I think "SUCKY" sums it up.

bad..they said they didn't have a reservation for me I showed them the confirmation # when they found it they ask how I was going to pay for it....when I told them it was paid for they argued with me and said they had received no money. after about 15 to 20 minutes I was given the key....the room had a musty odor and the bed was so hard and uncomfortable I could barely sleep and was sore the next morning.I give them a zero.

Texas Grandma
BAD, BAD, BAD
We knew we were not going to a good hotel for what we paid but we never thought it will be so bad. The pool was filthy, the furniture falling apart, carpet dirty. They redoing some rooms. We called Orbitz to complain and to check out the next day and the hotel manager show us another room, bigger, a little better and we moved. At 5:00 went to the bathroom, turn on light and saw roaches. We got up and left. Do not stay there unless you like bugs.

Great value
Got an excellent room with jacuzzi for a great rate. Room was large and in a safe location. Staff very friendly. Would stay there again.
