Comfort Suites Lindale was recently awarded as a 2012 Gold Award Winning Hotel. Enjoy Your Morning Breakfast, a full hot breakfast, with your choice of 2 types of fresh waffles for your sweet fix. Free WIFI throughout entire hotel. 100 percent non-Smoking facility, indoor heated pool and spa. Meeting room also on-site. Whirlpool suites also available. Hotel requires a valid credit card at check-in. Hotel is not responsible for debit card overdraft fees, when guest use debit card for authorization.

The Hotel provided partial service: the room was comfortable, clean, with an exceptional mattress. The problem was with accountability- I had stayed (3) nights, none of which I received maid service. When I inquired, I was passed on to the am
staff, which they did not receive the complaint- the manager did not call me back to address my concerns. It appears- operationally the facility is dysfunctional and lacks appropriate leadership, guidance to customer satisfaction and resolution.
