Better than average motel.
Despite lacking some of the more common frills like a continental breakfast and really fast Wi-Fi, the Inn was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location on 83 was very convenient for our needs. I would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself. For the price paid, the room was more than adequate.

Seriously Bad
The location was subpar. Bad enough our room wasn't ready nor was it clean by check in time. We were placed in a handicap room and saw one roach. The staff was disorganized and unprofessional. It was 3:00pm and a few of the employees had on pajamas. On top of that the maids left the coffee maker dirty and had an used coffee filter in it. This motel should be shut down!!!!!

Good enough to sleep after a day of shopping
It is a nice hotel for a short stay after a day of shopping, it's 15 minutes away from the Shopping Mall and big stores but it is ok.

If u need a Walmart, there is one open 24 hrs close to the hotel, since this is far from most of the Laredo's main freeway, there is less people so you can make a more peaceful shopping.

Romatic getaway :(
I reserve a King size bed non-smokeing for a romatic getaway to celebrate my 2yr wedding aniversity :(. I got two double bed non-smokeing. The pool wasn't clean we were not able to go in. Over all it was a nice place.

Good place to stay
When we checked inthe girl at the front desk was excelent, very professional and helpful. At checkout time the story was completely different, the guy couldn't even get me a plastic bag for my dirty laundry.

Excellent service
I made the reservation while landing in Laredo. When I arrived to the hotel(about 20 minutes later), everything was ready. The room was well equiped and extremelly clean. I usually don´t like rooms with carpet for obvious reasons, but this room even had the freshly shampoo scent. Just perfect.

The hotel was good, but it was a little hard to find because the name of the street was different, de las lomas was not on my gps

bad choice
it shows next to airport not so, 30 min from there morning rush later at airport no internet on 2 floor lots of truckers staying in hotel
