southern hospitality at its best
from the start check in was seamless and staff was polite. The room was very clean and comfortable bathroom was large and plenty of towels. In the restaurant food and service was great again staff was very accomidating. Also recommend enrolling in the priority customer plan for additional discounts. If your traveling to Ft Hood to visit friends or family members in the service its a great location.

Nice beds!
Nice beds and beautiful rooms. Enjoyed my stay until I realized that I was charged for the room by the site I booked it through and then again by the hotel!

Nice Hotel...Friendly service
Good experience. Friendly staff. Only negative was that on Sunday morning I attempted to eat in hotel restaurant only to find no servers had come in to work that morning. Not a big deal as another staff member took our orders.

VERY Clean Hotel and Updated
My family and I had a very comfortable stay at this Holiday Inn Express. Everything in the room was modern and VERY clean. I normally travel with Lysol because some hotel rooms make me feel like it is a hotel and I can imagine the persons that stayed in the room before me. This experience was totally different. I would definite stay again at this hotel and recommend it to others.

Overall it was a nice stay. Staff was friendly. I would suggest...ensuring that smokers are not smoking at the doorways. I don't smoke and don't care to walk through someone's smoke. Maintain the rooms a little better. I could see wear and tear on the furniture, walls (soiled), and the carpeting (stains). These things should be maintained and corrected when the defect is noticed. Pieces of furniture had not been dusted for at least 2 weeks (the dust was thick). Provide extra towels and pillows in the room. The food was very good! How ever it was expensive and slow. Would prefer the option of a breakfast bar/buffet.

NICE!
My daughter and I stayed at this Holiday Inn prior to participating in our first duathlon in Copperas Cove. (Run - Bike -Run) event. Quiet, clean, peaceful and relaxing. Personable, helpful, kind staff.Enjoyed the trip and both my daughter and I managed to geta third place trop in our individual age bracket.

HOLIDAY AT KILLEEN
THE H0OTEL WAS OK I JUST WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU HAVE THE TV WERE YOU CAN BUY MOVIES LIKE AT THE MARRIOT. THE ONES THAT ARE STILL END THEARE AND SO FORTH. ALSO IT WAS HARD TO FIND
