Comfortable end to tiring trip.

Good Business Location
This hotel is a great value for business travelers. It's close to all the clients that I need to call on, and the hotel meets my needs. It's clean, and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have made arrangements to always stay at this hotel when I am in the Dallas area.

I WOULD STAY AGAIN!
IT WAS CLEAN AND THE STAFF WERE GREAT! MY ROOM WAS A LITTLE MUSTY BUT I HAD CANDLES. NOT MUCH OF A VIEW THOUGH. OVERALL I GIVE IT A 7.....

long weekend getaway
Staff was excellent and very helpful. Room was nice and roomy. The mini fridge is something I always use because I always keep bottled water with me. But I didn't use this the fridge in our room because it had a horrible odor in it and wouldn't get cold. The breakfast was nice and offered a nice variety. REALLY wished this hotel had a pool/hot tub. Would stay again if there were a pool. Loved the 30% discount for 3 nights or more stay.

Good Place to Stay
The breakfast offered was good. The room and TV was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I only wished the shuttle service ran later than 8pm on the weekend it was nearly $30 dollar taxi ride for my 2 nephews and I to get to the hotel Friday night. The shuttle service when it was running was very good, we never waited more than 15 minutes after calling for the shuttle to pick us up at the Irving Convention Center. Good choice of places to eat withing walking distance from the hotel.

I had an event scheduled in Dallas and this location was about 12 miles away and the cost was extremely less than hotels in downtown Dallas. I was able to get a rental car and hotel for the price that it would've cost me for two nights in hotels in downtown Dallas. I'm extremely satisfied.

Maintanance needed Big Time
Place could be so much better but seems like no one has ever done any maintance in this building for a long time. Stains on ottoman, carpet and couch. Toilet paper holder was lose and dropped on the floor after first use of toilet. Tiny lizard was crawling on the bathroom floor. DUST MITES ON CARPET AND SHEETS.
