Lacking in attention

All of the excercise equipment was in very bad shape. Treadmill was broken all together. Could not control tempature in work out room. Door broken unsecured. Scales broken and or inoperative. Sound insulation very lacking. People on second floor will keep you up all night. Movie channels very lacking. No restaurants close by. Nearest restaurant was 4 miles away. Even when you have your sign on the door saying no entry, they still entered anyway.

had to complain to manager morning of our flight departure,missed our flight cost us $189.00 to catch another flight. complained about the tenants on our floor-very noisy all night for a couple nights also wife and grandson saw mouse in the pool.

Couldn't have sked for better

Room was comfortable and spaciuos. Had everything I needed. What I didn't have I was able to obtain from front desk. VERY helpful staff. Had good breakfast. Had a Happy Hour a couple of evenings (Bonus). Stayed there 4 days/5 nights. Good week.

Try a Texas original! Pappa's Brothers steakhouse is an oustanding dining experience, however it will cost you more than you save on the hotel! Don't fret though, there are several more reasonably priced Pappas restaurants in the area as well - Pappadeaux, Pappas BBQ, and Pappas Cantina - all good stuff!

After staying at Wingate by Wyndham Atlanta I had high expectations. Having the airport shuttle was a definite plus, but since this is shared with 3 other hotels, my wait at the airport for the shuttle was 55 minutes. It was good that they also made the shuttle available to Grapevine Mills Mall -- a nice, big mall with several great outlet stores. The carpet needed cleaned or replaced, and for the price I paid I would have liked a jaccuzi. This hotel has its perks, but does not feel like it deserves the Wyndham name.

great hotel ror the price

empty smoking trash bins before new guest arrive,2nd floor smelled very smokey right off elevator,otherwise okay.

Good hotel near DFW

Spent the night at the hotel for an early flight out of DFW, but it was a very nice place. The room was very clean and the TV was nice.
