Glamorous and charming hotel near Dallas/Ft. Worth airport
The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport exudes glamour like a classic movie star. The lobby and guest rooms are drenched in gold accents, soft lighting and dark wood furniture, making guests feel welcomed and important. The hotel recently underwent a $25 million renovation, expanding and refurbishing the entire facility. Located close to the Dallas/Ft. Worth International airport, The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport is within easy driving distance of many major attractions, including Six Flags Over Texas and the American Airlines Center.

Convenient to airport and area attractions
The price was very reasonable. Hotel was clean, very comfortable and safe. Shuttle to airport was efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel. Loved the dual shower heads and free wifi.

Include internet services, already!
Business overnight trip--12 hour turnaround. I need the internet for work purposes. Day rate for internet isn't included but I need to check/send a few things. Wifi was not connecting so I contacted guest services. They walked me thru the procedures to reset my computer/url./ etc to get to the home internet pay site--THEN sign up to connect. 10 mins. here, 15 mins. here and I am frustrated that I have to go thru this headache when I expect more with trip convenience. Goes for ALL hotels . . .We pay enough for our stay so . . . INCLUDE THE INTERNET IN THE NIGHT RATE--FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and near to airport and family. Movies in room were too expensive to order. Phone in room was not easy to use. hard time just getting receptionist. Would suggest maybe some music in bar area at nite (weekends). We were there on St. Patricks day and nothing else is arournd so it would have been nice to have some entertainment. Otherwise it was good. Water shut off on Sunday on several floors but they did comp us since we had no water in rooms.. They could use a larger gift shop with more things. Nowwhere to shop nearby unless you drive.

looks can be deceiving
upon arrival my family and i were giddy with excitement only to be let down. the first impression gives that the westin is a up scale hotel. our room was tiny and they dont even have free wi fi.n on top of everything we were charged twice for our room and we checked out 2 days ago and have yet to receive our refund. Oh yea did i mention that the pools heater and whirlpool were broke. I was not impressed and will never book again

The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport
Hotel staff very professional and friendly. Rooms very nice. One person in our group is a quadriplegic and the handicap room was great, roll in shower....and room to maneuver an electric wheelchair in the room and hallways. You are directly under the flight path to the DFW airport but I did not hear one single airplane and I was on the 14th floor.

The hotel was nice, the staff at the bar somewhat friendly but nothing outstanding. A good Bartender can make a business evening fun. Service is pretty slow.

I was in town on business for 2 weeks. The people were very nice. The only negative to the hotel, I didn't like having my contentental breakfast surrounded by a waiting staff when I had to get my food for myself, then was given a bill to sign afterwards. Although free... Very annoying.
