Review
The best thing about this hotel was the A/C & the bed. They charge you an extra $5/night if you need a frig for insulin. The water woiuld not go down in the tub after taking a shower. The ice maker on the 3rd floorn had been broken for quite some time. I did like that it was real close to Red Lobster.

Scoping out Dallas
Our experience was overall good. Our room key stopped working after one use though and the walls are paper thin, but the staff was very helpful and kind to fix that room key issue. The breakfast was great and fresh. We visited Dallas on a tight budget so breakfast was very important to have free with the room. We would probably stay there again. The location was good also.

WI-FI a Joke
The free WI-FI was a joke. I had to be moved closer to the lobby for it to work and even then it was very poor. The TV was missing the top 25% of the picture. This is a very old, run down property.

Red Lobster just across the Holiday Inn Express parking lot. (Stay there instead) It was also close to the rental car return which is why I stayed there.

Good Value
Having to catch an early flight when visiting Longview we decided to stay in Dallas for the night. We didn't want to spend a lot of money and just needed a place to stay and sleep. The bed was excellent, very comfortable and having coffee in room was also very nice. Everything was great, the only bad thing was we had to leave before you started serving your free continental breakfast thing in the lobby. But we had to leave at 5 am. Thank you for the comfortable sleep for a bargain price.

Good!
Went on a short business trip outside of Dallas. It was convenient being so close to the airport, but I think I would have enjoyed staying at a hotel within Dallas. However, I was able to park my rental car there without a problem and the room was comfortable and nice. Staff was very friendly and free cable/free breakfast was a big plus!

Stay in Irving
The breakfast area was really old and I'm not even sure they use it. Its clear it has been awhile since they remodeled/ The elevator barely worked and made noises. My family and I asked for a refund.

Great location for the price
First time in Dallas. In town for one night. This hotel was less than five minutes from the airport and incredibly accessible from Hwy. 183. This made it easy to get to and from the rental car facility at the airport. The room was clean and well-kept.

Tired Travelers
Nice for the price!
Due to a later flight we were not able to get to hotel till after 8PM. I called and told desk clerk that we were at airport and they met us with in a half hour! Not super friendly but polite! Room was very nice! Maybe a little musty but very comfortable! We hadn't eaten and he directed us to Red Lobster across the parking lot. Breakfast was nice as there were several choices! We were very happy with this hotel and would stay again!!
