Staybridge Suites DALLAS-LAS COLINAS AREA

Stayed at the Staybridge for the Super Bowl. Price was very comparable to other hotels in the area given the circumstances. Really liked the hotel room setup with a living area with two separate bedrooms. Only negative was that they do not offer shuttles to the DFW airport. Hotel staff was very helpful in assisting with transportation options to solve this issue.

My 2 daughters and one infant grandson went to Dallas to visit my son and his family. The Staybridge was convenient to his home. One room was not ready yet when we arrived so we were upgraded to a suite. It was great with the baby - full fridge, kitchen, ironing board. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety and the girls were happy with the small but suifficient work out room. Nothing super fancy, but it was perfect for our needs.

came out to see dallas eagles game and first time staying at staybridge. it was very nice, rooms were big and comfortable. staff was helpful and friendly. bed was nicely made up and towels were good, not the cheap economy towels. quiet location but close to airport and 1/2 hour from downtown dallas. would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed this trip very much, the staff was very helpful and the rooms were great. The only thing i would have added would be a vending machine to each floor.

My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed ourselves at this hotel and have decided that whenever we're in Dallas, we'd stay there. Excellent staff and clean, cozy, and a personable room made our stay unforgettable. For the length of time there, this was a great find.

First of all, I booked this trip over 2 wks in advance. When I got to the hotel they said I would have to stay at a DIFFERENT hotel b/c they didn't receive my reservation until a few days prior. I ended up being shipped off to another hotel that was not as nice as the one I picked. The guy was nice about it, but I was upset. I am very picky and was not able to stay where I had planned. You all need to send in the reservations when the customer actually makes them!! There was no delay in my payment for this trip, so it is ridiculous that there was a delay in actually giving the hotel my reservation. Do better people!!!!!

Staff friendly. Room service poor as said. Many days just trash emptied nd sometimes only one bedroom bed made.

We reserved rooms for our daughters and families for our granddaughter's graduation. The service was excellent, the staff, especially [...], was extremely helpful. [...] went out of her way to help us with everything we requested. LOVED THE HOTEL AND THE SERVICE!!!

This hotel was just a short drive from the airport without the airport noise, the accomodations were great. The continental breakfast was great especially the hot waffles and fresh orange juice. The room was great, after traveling I was able to get a great nights rest. I was very impressed, I travel alot and this was a great value for my money.
